In our series Templo Talks, our co-founders Gina and Kate meet fantastic experts from the world of interiors to get their design tips, insider recommendations and dream interiors items.
Here we put Lotte and Anna from cult London interiors store LAMP LND in the hot seat…

If you could win your dream interior design item, what would it be?
Lotte: “For me, it would be a gigantic rug from A Rum Fellow. I just love their patterns and colours, and it’s just a great way to fill a room and bring everything together.”

Anna: “And I would definitely have a Schplendid sofa. I think it’s a really interesting brand, and a new sofa in my new living room would be kind of fabulous.”

Your favourite high street homewares or interiors brand?
Anna: “If the high street brand wasn’t LAMP LND..! Then it would be, for the homes we’re renovating at
the moment, Matilda Goad as our go-to for hardware and Corston Architectural Detail for light switches and sockets.”

Your favourite designer?
Lotte: “Martin Brudnizki I’d say, he just brings so much joy into all his designs, with a really big, bold use of colour and pattern. It’s just fun to watch and follow and look at; it’s really inspiring.”

What is your signature interior design colour?
Anna: “I think I can answer this for both of us! Reds in all shades, and greens.”
Your most useful interior design tip?
Lotte: “I think just the most important thing is just to buy things and surround yourself with things that you love, and that make you feel joyful. Try not to follow trends too much and be influenced too much by
Instagram. Pick things that you love!”
